MOBIUS ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND DIRECTOR AND APPOINTMENT

John Newman, chief financial officer and director of Mobius Resources Inc., will be resigning from his positions to pursue other opportunities effective July 31, 2014. The board of directors has appointed Max Zureski, vice-president, business development, of Mobius, as the company's new chief financial officer.

"I would like to thank John for his contributions to Mobius in both his management and board roles, and wish him the best in his future endeavours," stated Mobius president and chief executive officer Lee A. Pettigrew.

Mr. Zureski has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, and holds chartered accountant and chartered business valuator designations. Mr. Zureski has experience in public accounting, equity research and investment banking, and has previously served as chief financial officer of two private oil and gas companies.
