In accordance with Policy 2.5, the company has not maintained the requirements for a Tier 1 company. Therefore, effective, Monday, Dec. 22, 2014, the company's tier classification will change from Tier 1 to Tier 2.
Further to the exchange bulletin dated Dec. 3, 2014, shares of the company will remain suspended.
