MOSAIC CAPITAL CORPORATION CONFIRMS DECEMBER, 2014, DISTRIBUTION IN RESPECT OF ITS PREFERRED SECURITIES

The cash distribution for the month of December, 2014, in respect of Mosaic Capital Corp.'s preferred securities will be paid on Jan. 15, 2015, to all holders of preferred securities of record as of Dec. 31, 2014. The December distribution will be 8.33 cents per preferred security. For Canadian income tax purposes, the monthly distribution in respect of the preferred securities is considered interest income in the hands of the recipient.
