Tweed Marijuana Inc. - Early Warning Press Release

OTTAWA, March 28, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Pursuant to the requirements of National Instrument 62-103 â€" The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues â€" and applicable Canadian securities legislation, it is announced that

(i) Charles Rifici has acquired, directly and indirectly, 7,774,053 common shares of Tweed Marijuana Inc. (formerly LW Capital Pool Inc.) (TSXV: TWD) representing approximately 23.21% of the outstanding common shares in exchange for 36,480 Tweed Inc. common shares; and
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
(ii)Bruce Linton has acquired, directly and indirectly, 3,612,122 common shares of Tweed Marijuana representing approximately 10.78% of the outstanding common shares in exchange for 16,950 Tweed Inc. common shares.                                                       

The shares were acquired as part of the reverse takeover of Tweed Marijuana by Tweed Inc. and the deemed value per share for the common shares issued by Tweed Marijuana in the Transaction was $0.89 per share.Â

An Early Warning Report pursuant to the requirements of applicable securities laws will be issued by each of Messrs Rifici and Linton and will be posted to www.SEDAR.com and available on request at the number and address below.
