LORNEX CAPITAL INC. CONTINUES INTO BRITISH COLUMBIA AND ANNOUNCES NAME AND SYMBOL CHANGE

Lornex Capital Inc., subsequent to the annual general and special meeting (AGSM) of shareholders held on Jan. 14, 2016, has completed the proposed continuance from under the Canada Corporations Act into British Columbia and under the British Columbia Corporations Act, effective as of Jan. 30, 2016. This continuance included the adoption of new bylaws of the company, which also incorporate advance notice provisions. Further details and implications of these resolutions are discussed in the company's information circular mailed to shareholders on Dec. 18, 2015, and posted on SEDAR on Dec. 16, 2015.

Additionally, the board of directors has proposed to simultaneously change the name of the company to Norsemont Capital Inc. with a new symbol of NOM, which has been reserved with the Canadian Securities Exchange. Share will begin trading under the new name and symbol on Feb. 15, 2016.
