LORNEX ANNOUNCES REPRICING OF STOCK OPTIONS

Lornex Capital Inc. has amended the terms of previously granted stock options to purchase a total of 192,333 common shares at an exercise price of 10 cents per share, having expiry dates between 2019 and 2024. The exercise price has been reduced to 6.5 cents per share.

The amendment to these options is subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
