LESS MESS STORAGE INC. ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM SPECIAL MEETING OF SECURITYHOLDERS AND RECEIPT OF FINAL COURT APPROVAL OF PLAN OF ARRANGEMENT

Less Mess Storage Inc. has released the voting results from its special meeting of securityholders held on Nov. 26, 2015, in Vancouver, B.C., to approve its previously announced statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (B.C.) with Less Mess Holdings Inc. Full details of the arrangement are described in the management information circular of Less Mess respecting the special meeting that was mailed to Less Mess securityholders. A copy of the management information circular is filed under the company's profile on SEDAR.

A total of 7,190,268 common shares of the company, representing approximately 71.38 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding common shares, and a total of 11,155,818 securities of the company, representing approximately 60.29 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding securities, were voted at the meeting. The resolution approving the arrangement was approved by all votes cast by holders of common shares and securities.

The company is also pleased to announce that the arrangement has received final approval from the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Completion of the arrangement remains subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the receipt of all other necessary regulatory and third party approvals, and other customary conditions. Closing of the arrangement is expected to occur on or about Dec. 15, 2015.
