The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted a share purchase agreement dated Jan. 20, 2014, between Los Andes Copper Ltd. and Turnbrook Mining Ltd., concerning the acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares of DK Corp., which owns 100 per cent of the shares of Rocin SpA, which is the legal and beneficial owner of 100 per cent of water rights and studies for a hydroelectric project in Chile. In order to acquire DK, the company must issue to Turnbrook 37.5 million common shares of the company.
The company has received shareholder approval for the agreement.
The acquisition is non-arm's length.
