The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a share purchase agreement (SPA) dated Aug. 25, 2014, between Klondike Gold Corp. and 46799 Yukon Inc. to acquire all of the outstanding shares of the 46799 by issuing 6,435,000 common shares in the company at a deemed price of 20 cents. 46799 holds 50 per cent of the Indian River property, Yukon Territory. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will hold an undivided 100-per-cent interest in the property subject to an existing 5-per-cent net smelter royalty to 19651 Yukon Inc., Vern Matkovich and Tom Morgan.
