REANNOUNCE PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Kenieba Goldfields Ltd. is reminding investors it has entered into a non-brokered private placement for the sale of 20 million common shares at a price of 12 cents per share for a total of $2.4-million. The funds shall be used for the company's unallocated working capital and business development. The maximum allowable finder's fee shall be paid in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. These transactions are subject to regulatory approval.
