KINCORA APPOINTS NEW CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER
Kincora Copper Ltd. has appointed Anthony Jackson as chief financial office of the
company.
Mr. Jackson is a principal of BridgeMark Financial Corp. and a founder of Jackson
& Company Chartered Accountants, a company that assists private and public companies with their
accounting, tax requirements and corporate services.
As part of a continuing overhead reduction initiative, BridgeMark has been engaged to provide back
office and management services. BridgeMark already provides accounting, financial and corporate
services, including certain office, administrative, compliance, reporting and finance functions to a
number of TSX Venture Exchange-listed mineral exploration businesses.
Prior to his time at BridgeMark, Mr. Jackson spent a number of years at Ernst & Young LLP before
working as a senior analyst at a boutique investment banking firm. During this time, he provided
services to a broad range of public and private companies in a variety of industries, including the
mining and minerals sector.
Mr. Jackson earned a bachelor of business administration degree from Simon Fraser University,
and holds the professional designation of chartered accountant, where he is a member of the
B.C. and Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mr. Jackson has had extensive experience as a
director and chief financial officer of numerous publicly traded corporations in the metals and mining industry.
BridgeMark replaces White Label Corporate Services Inc., providing corporate
services to the company. The company wishes to thank Mr. Anderson, chief operating officer of White Label, and
Ms. Collins, president of White Label, for their contribution to the company over the past years and
wishes them well with future endeavours.
