The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a purchase and sale agreement dated June 11, 2018, among Cobalt 27 Capital Corp., Vale SA, Vale Switzerland SA and Vale Newfoundland & Labrador Ltd., whereby Cobalt 27 will acquire a 32.6-per-cent cobalt stream over Vale SA's Voisey's Bay mine, Newfoundland. The consideration for the purchase is $300-million (U.S.).
