Mr. Vic Alboini reports

PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL SHARES OF JAGUAR

Vic Alboini has acquired 997,000 common shares of Jaguar Financial Corp. through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at a price of three cents per share.

As a result of the purchase of the 997,000 Jaguar common shares, Mr. Alboini owns or controls an aggregate of 27,711,553 common shares of Jaguar, representing approximately 25.4 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of Jaguar. In addition, Mr. Alboini has vested options to acquire 1.2 million treasury common shares of Jaguar. On a partially diluted basis taking into account the 1.2 million options owned by Mr. Alboini, Mr. Alboini owns or controls 28,911,553 common shares representing 26.2 per cent of the partially diluted, issued Jaguar shares.

Mr. Alboini acquired the common shares for investment purposes. Mr. Alboini may, directly or indirectly, depending on market and other conditions, acquire beneficial ownership of, or control or direction over, additional common shares of Jaguar, through market transactions, private agreements or otherwise, in accordance with applicable securities legislation.

The common shares were acquired pursuant to the normal course purchase exemption in Section 100 of the Securities Act (Ontario).
