The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an agreement dated Oct. 31, 2016, between The Jenex Corp. and Luminar Media Group Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, the company has granted Luminar the right to market its therapy insect device.
Consideration for the licence is as follows:

Nov. 15, 2016, $25,000 (U.S.) cash (paid);

Dec. 15, 2016, $75,000 (U.S.) cash (paid);
- Feb. 28, 2017, $125,000 (U.S.) cash (paid);
- Total, $200,000 (U.S.) cash (paid).
