INDIGO EXPLORATION INC. ARRANGES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO $150,000

Indigo Exploration Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 15 million shares priced at one cent per share for total gross proceeds of up to $150,000.

A finder's fee may be payable, subject to exchange policy. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to a four-month hold.

The private placement will be subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Proceeds of the private placement will be used for annual budget requirements to maintain the company's projects in Burkina Faso, including office/part-time salaries, land taxes and legal costs, and for general working capital, including accounting, audit and filing fees, and insurance, transfer agent and annual general meeting costs.
