INTRINSYC ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF VICE PRESIDENT OF MANUFACTURING/CTO

Vice-president of manufacturing and chief technical officer Chris Ross has resigned his position from Intrinsyc Technologies Corp. due to personal reasons. Mr. Ross will remain employed by the company until June 26, 2015.

Mr. Ross joined Intrinsyc in July, 2014, and helped expand the company's product portfolio and strengthen the logistics foundation and processes for production of embedded computing modules.

Tracy Rees, chief executive officer of the company, stated, "I would like to thank Chris for his contributions to the company during his tenure and wish him well in his future endeavours."
