THE INTERTAIN GROUP ANNOUNCES CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS MANAGEMENT INCENTIVE PLAN

The Intertain Group Ltd. will host a conference call with members of the investment community to discuss its management incentive plan on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, at 8 a.m. Eastern Time.

Conference call

A conference call will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, at 8 a.m. ET. David Danziger, a member of Intertain's board of directors who also serves on the compensation committee, will host the call alongside John Kennedy FitzGerald, president and chief executive officer of Intertain, and Keith Laslop, chief financial officer. A question-and-answer session will follow the remarks.
