ISC DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

The board of directors of Information Services Corp. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per Class A limited voting share. The dividend will be paid on or before July 15, 2015, to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2015.

The dividend has been designated as an eligible dividend pursuant to the Income Tax Act.
