IEMR ISSUES SHARES PURSUANT TO A SHARES FOR SERVICES AGREEMENT; ISSUANCE OF SHARES FOR SERVICE TO A RELATED PARTY

Further to IEMR Resources Inc.'s press release dated May 1, 2014, the company has issued a total of 50,000 common shares, representing 25,000 common shares for each of the two months of July, 2014, and August, 2014, as consideration for services performed by Charles Yuen in his role as chief financial officer of IEMR from July 1, 2014, to Aug. 31, 2014, pursuant to the terms of a shares-for-service agreement. The shares were issued at a deemed price of five cents per share and will be subject to a four-month hold period pursuant to the policies of the exchange.
