INNOVATIVE PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Innovative Properties Inc. held its annual general meeting on May 22, 2015, and received shareholder approval to appoint Parmjeet Johal and Santokh Sahota as newly elected directors of the company for the ensuing year.

Shortly after the meeting, the directors appointed Yonghong Hu, who will take the place of Jamie Lewin as the chief financial officer, and re-elected Tony Gill, which allows him to continue to serve as chief executive officer.

The company would like to thank Gurdeep Johal and Eugene Beukman for their services as directors, and Mr. Lewin for serving as an officer of the company.
