Number of shares:  1,907,574 common shares

Purchase price:  90 cents per common share

Number of placees:  Two placees

Insiders:  Dominion Pension Plan Trustees (Albert Scardino), 555,556; Ruffer Total Return Fund, 1,352,018

Finder's fee:  Simon John Frank Bishop received a finder's fee of $69,614.29 in cash.

The company has completed the private placement, as described in the news release dated Sept. 4, 2014.
