IBERIAN MINERALS ANNOUNCES LISTING ON OTCQB

Effective Oct. 31, 2014, Iberian Minerals Ltd., formerly Solid Resources Ltd., will begin trading in the United States on the OTCQB venture marketplace, a U.S. trading platform that is operated by the OTC Markets Group in New York. The OTCQB venture marketplace is the premier marketplace for entrepreneurial and development-stage companies that "are committed to providing a high-quality trading and information experience" for their U.S. investors. The company will trade on the OTCQB venture marketplace under the symbol SLDRF.
