ILOOKABOUT ANNOUNCES FINAL APPROVAL OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

iLookabout Corp. has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange of the private placement that closed on Oct. 24, 2016, the details of which were provided in a news release issued on the date of closing. In exchange for gross proceeds of $210,000, the company has now issued one million common shares and one million common share purchase warrants.
