IKKUMA RESOURCES CORP. ANNOUNCES THE RENEWAL OF ITS' $75 MILLION SYNDICATED CREDIT FACILITY

Ikkuma Resources Corp.'s $75-million syndicated credit facility has been renewed with no material changes to the existing terms and conditions thereof. The facility will revolve for a 364-day period and will be subject to its next 364-day extension on or about July 29, 2016. The available lending limits are reviewed semi-annually and are based on the bank syndicate's interpretation of the corporation's reserves and future commodity prices. The next scheduled borrowing base review will be on or before Oct. 31, 2015.
