IMPERIAL ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FOR THE ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

The nominees listed in Imperial Metals Corp.'s management proxy circular dated April 22, 2015, for the 2015 annual meeting of shareholders have been elected as directors of the company.

Results of the vote for the election of directors held at the meeting on May 27, 2015, in Vancouver, B.C., are shown in the accompanying table.
