INTERCEPT ENERGY SERVICES ANNOUNCES OFFICER RESIGNATION

Keith Morlock has resigned from his position as Intercept Energy Services Inc.'s president and chief operating officer. Mr. Morlock will continue to serve as a consultant to the company, as Intercept continues to pursue its business objectives. Mr. Morlock has been instrumental in the successful expansion of its oil field service business to include North Dakota as well as continue its existing operations within Canada.
