INDIGO ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM 2015 ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Indigo Books & Music Inc. has released the voting results from its annual meeting held on June 29, 2015, in Toronto. The total number of shares represented in person or by proxy at the meeting was 21,451,869, representing 84.14 per cent of Indigo's issued and outstanding common shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including the election of each of the nine nominee directors.
