The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that IBI Group Inc.'s 6-per-cent convertible unsecured subordinated debentures due June 30, 2018, will be halted at the open on Dec. 30, 2016, and delisted at the close on the same day. According to the TSX, the company will redeem the debentures on Dec. 30, 2016, for $1,030.08 per $1,000 principal amount, representing $1,000 principal amount, and $30.08 of accrued and unpaid interest thereon up to, but excluding, the redemption date. The total redemption amount will be $13.69-million.

The TSX reports that the debentureholders may convert the debentures into shares of the company until 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on Dec. 29, 2016, at a conversion price of $21 per share, representing a conversion rate of 47.619 shares per $1,000 principal amount.

According to the TSX, all trades on Dec. 23, 2016, Dec. 28, 2016, and Dec. 29, 2016, will settle on Dec. 29, 2016.
