INTEGRATED ASSET MANAGEMENT CORP. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF VOTING FOR DIRECTORS AT ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Integrated Asset Management Corp. has released the results of voting at its annual meeting of shareholders held Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018. Each of the nominees listed in the management information circular dated Jan. 5, 2018, was elected as a director of the corporation at the meeting. According to proxies received by management in advance of the meeting, the voting results were as shown in the attached table.
