HAPPY CREEK COMPLETES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. has completed a non-brokered financing.

The company has completed a non-brokered private placement with gross proceeds of $163,500 through the sale of 1.09 million units at a price of 15 cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the company for a period of three years after closing at an exercise price of 20 cents.

No finders' fees are payable in connection with the private placement. The shares underlying the units and any shares acquired on exercise of the warrants will be subject to resale restrictions until Sept. 23, 2015.

The proceeds from the private placement will be used by the company for general working capital, and exploration of primarily its Fox tungsten and Highland Valley copper projects.
