AMERICAN HOTEL INCOME PROPERTIES REIT LP ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER, 2014, CASH DISTRIBUTION

American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP has declared a cash distribution of 7.5 cents per limited partnership unit for the period of Sept. 1, 2014, to Sept. 30, 2014, which is equivalent to 90 cents per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be paid on Oct. 15, 2014, to unitholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 30, 2014.

The policy of American Hotel is to pay cash distributions on or about the 15th day of each month to the unitholders of record on the last business day of the preceding month.
