HOPE WELL CAPITAL ANNOUNCES OPTION GRANT

Hope Well Capital Corp. has granted a total of 270,374 stock options under its stock option plan to two independent directors of the company.

All of the options are exercisable at a price of 21 cents per share and were granted on Nov. 6, 2017. The term of the options is five years from the date of grant, and all options vest immediately on grant date. Sheldon Kales, independent director and chair of the audit committee, was granted 135,187 options, and Peiwei Ni, independent director, was granted 135,187 options.
