HUNTINGDON CAPITAL CORP. ANNOUNCES THE SALE OF ONTARIO INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY FOR GROSS PROCEEDS OF $1.3 MILLION

Huntingdon Capital Corp. has closed the sale of 650 Riverview Dr., a 282,203-square-foot industrial property in Chatham, Ont. The gross sale proceeds are about $1.3-million before closing costs. The property is 38 per cent occupied and is unencumbered. After closing costs, the net cash proceeds are estimated to be $1.2-million.
