HORIZON NORTH LOGISTICS INC. ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Horizon North Logistics Inc. has made the following changes to its executive management team:

Vice-president, manufacturing: Horizon North has added Kapul Gill as vice-president, manufacturing. Most recently, Mr. Gill was the chief operating officer of ZCL Composites Inc. with responsibility for the overall group operation of six Canadian and six U.S. plants, with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives, stringent safety levels, robust reliability in product quality and on-time delivery. Mr. Gill brings with him over 28 years of experience in manufacturing within a number of industries, including automotive, aerospace and luxury yachts and holds a PhD in supply chain and lean management, a master of science in manufacturing systems engineering, and a bachelor of science in industrial and manufacturing engineering. Mr. Gill will assume responsibility for all aspects of Horizon North's manufacturing operations, including design and estimating, procurement, plant operations, and site installation and quality control.

Vice-president, business information systems: Horizon North recently added Steve Stretch to the position of vice-president, business information systems. Most recently, Mr. Stretch was the vice-president, information systems, at SMART Technologies, a leading provider of interactive whiteboards and communication and presentation technology. Prior thereto, Mr. Stretch spent 14 years with Westjet Airlines Ltd. during its early years and through a period of sustained and significant growth, culminating in the role of vice-president, information technology. Mr. Stretch will be responsible for all aspects of Horizon North's business information system requirements with oversight of all information technology and communication-related matters.

Senior vice-president, finance, and chief financial officer: Horizon North recently promoted and appointed Scott Matson to the position of senior vice-president, finance, and chief financial officer. Mr. Matson has been with Horizon North since its public launch in 2006 and held the position of vice-president, finance, and chief financial officer since January, 2010. Mr. Matson will continue to oversee the finance and accounting, tax and treasury, and financial reporting functions, as well as assist in Horizon North's investor relations.
