HIGHMARK ENTERS INTO DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF MAJORITY OWNERSHIP IN BCBUD

Highmark Marketing Inc., further to the letter of intent announced on Sept. 1, 2015, has entered into a share purchase agreement with Blue Moon Advertising Inc. and BCBud Producers Inc., pursuant to which Highmark will cancel nine million previously issued shares to Blue Moon as consideration for the sale of 90 per cent of Highmark's interest in BCBud to Blue Moon. Highmark will receive a pre-emptive right to maintain its 10-per-cent interest in BCBud during any future distribution of BCBud securities. The closing date of the transaction is scheduled for Oct. 15, 2015.

BCBud has submitted, and continues to pursue, an application to Health Canada to become a licensed producer of marijuana under the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations.
