HI HO SILVER RESOURCES EXTENDS TERM OF WARRANTS

Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. has extended the term for 9,181,714 outstanding share purchase warrants, which were issued on Feb. 27, 2012. The expiration date of these warrants, due to expire on Feb. 27, 2016, will be extended for one year to Feb. 27, 2017. The exercise price of 10 cents shall remain the same.
