HOME CAPITAL GROUP INC. ANNOUNCES ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS

Home Capital Group Inc. has released the voting results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held Wednesday, May 13, 2015, in Toronto, Ont. The total number of shares represented by shareholders present in person and by proxy was 50,277,393 representing 71.51 per cent of Home Capital's issued and outstanding common shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including election of each of the director nominees as shown in the associated table.
