HYDRO ONE LIMITED ANNOUNCES $0.21 PER SHARE QUARTERLY COMMON SHARE DIVIDEND

Hydro One Ltd. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 21 cents per common share to be paid on June 30, 2016, to shareholders of record on June 14, 2016.

Such quarterly dividends, unless and until changed, are only payable as and when declared by Hydro One's board of directors and there is no entitlement to any dividend prior thereto. Unless indicated otherwise, all dividends paid by Hydro One are designated as eligible dividends for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation.
