GOVIEX GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Pursuant to the stock option plan, Goviex Uranium Inc. has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate of 3,275,000 common shares in the capital stock of the company.

The options are exercisable at a price of 30 cents per share and will vest 25 per cent on the date of grant, with an additional 25 per cent vesting on each anniversary of the date of grant thereafter, until fully vested. The options expire on Jan. 28, 2020.
