GREAT WESTERN MINERALS GROUP ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT TO NEW DIRECTOR, DON R. SIEMENS

Great Western Minerals Group Ltd. (GWMG) has granted stock options to Don R. Siemens, GWMG director, who was recently appointed on Jan. 20, 2014.

The company has granted Mr. Siemens 400,000 options to acquire common shares of GWMG. The options are exercisable into common shares of the company at a price of 10 cents per share for a period of five years from the date of grant and will vest in accordance with the company's stock option plan.
