GLACIER REPORTS RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Glacier Media Inc. has released the voting results of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on June 19, 2018, in Vancouver, B.C.

The six nominees were re-elected as directors of the company by the votes shown in the attached table.

At the meeting, shareholders also passed a special resolution with 99.75 per cent of shareholders voting in favour of the consolidation of the common shares of Glacier on the basis of one new share for every 10 old shares. Glacier will provide shareholders with further details on the timing of the share consolidation.

In addition, shareholders also approved the advisory resolution of the company's approach to executive compensation with 99.67 per cent of shareholders voting in favour and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, chartered accountants, was reappointed as the auditor for the company.
