The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Original expiry date:  Aug. 1, 2015

New expiry date:  Aug. 1, 2016

Exercise price:  15 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 3,875,000 flow-through shares with 3,875,000 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Oct. 16, 2014.
