GENSOURCE ANNOUNCES CLARIFYING PRESS RELEASE REGARDING OUR PRIVATE PLACEMENT PRESS RELEASE OF OCTOBER 21, 2014

Gensource Potash Corp. is clarifying certain information from the Oct. 21, 2014, press release issued by Gensource Potash earlier today.

The company is pleased to announce that on Aug. 4, 2014, it closed a non-brokered private placement of 14 million units at a price of five cents per unit for gross proceeds of $700,000.

Each unit consists of one common share in the capital of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of five cents for a period of 24 months.

The net proceeds from the sale of units will be used for project development and general working capital purposes.

All securities issued in conjunction with the offering are subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period in Canada expiring on Dec. 5, 2014.
