GOLDSPIKE ANNOUNCES $150,000 NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Goldspike Exploration Inc. intends to complete a non-brokered private placement financing of 1.5 million common shares in the capital stock of Goldspike at a price of 10 cents per share for gross proceeds of $150,000. Goldspike intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to finance continued exploration on Goldspike's assets and for general working capital purposes.

The shares issued pursuant to the offering will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period.

The offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities regulatory authorities. Goldspike intends to close the offering on or around April 17, 2014.
