GOLDMAN SACHS U.S. INCOME BUILDER TRUST ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTIONS

Goldman Sachs U.S. Income Builder Trust has declared a distribution in the amount of 4.167 cents per Class A unit per month for record dates from January to March, 2017. At this time, the fund expects that this will be the monthly distribution rate throughout 2017 with formal announcements made quarterly.

Goldman Sachs U.S. Income Builder Trust has also declared a distribution in the amount of 4.167 U.S. cents per Class U unit for the above-noted record and payment dates.

Unitholders are reminded that the fund offers a distribution reinvestment plan (DRIP), which provides unitholders with the ability to automatically reinvest distributions, commission free, and realize the benefits of compound growth. Unitholders can enroll in a DRIP program by contacting their investment advisers.
