Effective at the close of business, Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016, the Class A shares of Griffin Skye Corp. will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the company.

The delisting of the company's Class A shares was approved by the majority of the minority shareholders at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on Sept. 27, 2016.
