The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 70,802 shares to arm's-length consultants at a deemed average price of $1.083, in consideration of certain services provided to the company, pursuant to agreements dated Feb. 1, 2018.
The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
