GREENBRIAR CAPITAL CORP. CLOSES ANOTHER TRANCHE OF
FINANCING TO TOTAL 609,000 UNITS AT $1.50 PER UNIT
Greenbriar Capital Corp. has closed a portion of the private placement that was announced on
Nov. 2, 2015. The company has issued 404,000 units at a price of $1.50 per
unit for gross proceeds of $606,000. Each unit is composed of one common share and one-half
of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one
additional common share in the capital of the company at a price of $1.75 until Nov. 25,
2020. CV Brokerage was paid 50,000 common shares of the company as a finder's fee in
connection with the financing. The common shares comprising the units and any shares issued
upon the exercise of any warrants are subject to a hold period expiring at midnight on March 25,
2016.
