GOLDEN PREDATOR ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT

Golden Predator Mining Corp. has granted 495,000 incentive stock options to officers and consultants at an exercise price of 10 cents per share, expiring in three years from the grant date of Nov. 17, 2014. The stock options are subject to vesting pursuant to the company's stock option plan.
