GREAT PRAIRIE ENERGY SERVICES INC. -- 2015 THIRD QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS

Financial highlights for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2015:

• Revenue of $5.05-million;
• Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, and stock-based compensation of $760,000.

Activity levels for the third quarter continued to be impacted by the global oversupply of crude oil and regional oversupply of natural gas. The company continues to reduce its operating cost structure and minimize capital expenditures to rightsize the business with the continuing market challenges.

Although the company's third quarter results are improved over the second quarter, the company expects that activity levels and profitability within the industry will continue to be modest due to commodity pricing weakness.

The company continues to operate under its forbearance agreement as it pursues a more flexible senior credit facility. The previously announced private placement financing remains open.
